Terms and Conditions for the School Disco® Event

School Disco.com sells tickets on behalf of School Disco from whom we obtain tickets to sell to you. This ticket remains the property of the School Disco and is a personal revocable license which may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time upon refunding the printed purchase price. The purchaser represents and warrants that the ticket is purchased for personal use only, and that it is not purchased as part of any form of business or commercial activity (save as expressly authorised by School Disco and its agents) and in particular, that the ticket may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone whether at a premium or otherwise and may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or for any other trade purposes. Resale or attempted resale at a price higher than that printed herein is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation. School Disco and its affiliates, successors, or assigns may enforce these terms in accordance with the provisions of the contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (the Act). Except as provided above, this agreement does not create any right enforceable by any person who is not a party to it under the Act, but does not affect any right or remedy that a third party has which exists or is available apart from the Act
It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes cannot always be rectified
Please note that School Disco is an over 18s event. Any customers who appear to be under 18, may be asked to prove their age (only valid photo id – drivers licence and passport - are acceptable)
It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorisation from the School Disco. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled. If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered tickets for a rescheduled event (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event (up to the point at which the rescheduled event has taken place) or if the performance is not rescheduled, a full refund. Full refunds for tickets purchased prior to the date of the original event will be given up to the face value of the tickets purchased plus the relevant per ticket booking fee. In order to claim your refund, please apply in writing to your point of purchase. You must enclose your order details (name, reference number, booking agent used). For accounting purposes this must be received within 28 days from the date of the cancelled event. This does not affect your statutory rights
This ticket is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue and School Disco. Full details are available at the venue box office. Breach of any of these Rules and Regulations or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall entitle the venue or School Disco to eject you from the venue
The venue reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of the venue and School Disco. The venue may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons
Every effort to admit latecomers will be made but admission cannot always be guaranteed
We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen
Tickets are sold subject to the venue or School Disco rights to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets
The unauthorized use of professional photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Tapes or films may be destroyed. Laser pens, dogs (except guide dogs) and patron’s own food and drink may also be prohibited (please check with the venue)
The venue, School Disco and Ticket agents accept no responsibility for any personal property
There will be no pass-outs or re-admissions of any kind
Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person. We reserve the right to cancel tickets without prior notice purchased in excess of this number
Neither the venue, School Disco shall have any further liability beyond the face value of the ticket purchased plus the relevant per ticket booking fee
Sale of Alcohol – if you appear to be under 21 we will ask you to prove your age. We apologise if this policy causes any embarrassment
No rowdy, tipsy, drunken or misbehaving persons will be allowed into the School Disco event or in the queue before the event
The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove persons from the venue or the queue for any reason including behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of School Disco or its representatives staffing the event
School Disco reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone without explanation
Security personnel may conduct security searches to ensure the safety of persons at the event
School Disco is unable to offer refunds or exchanges in respect of bookings unless the event is cancelled. All bookings are not transferable to other events and are strictly not for resale. If this booking is resold or transferred whether for profit or for commercial gain or otherwise by anyone it will become void and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the venue
No admittance without proper school uniform. This must include a stripy school tie. School Disco reserves the right to refuse admission to ticket holders if they are not in correct school uniform. Please note that you can also wear school themed clothes e.g. cheerleaders, teachers, dinner ladies etc. If you are in regular school uniform you must wear a suitable school stripy or emblem tie. Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience at School Disco, these may be published on School Disco website http://www.schooldisco.com. All photographs are the property of School Disco.
School Disco is not reasonable for any loss, injury or damage, however caused, to you except where any such loss, injury or damage is caused by the negligence of School Disco, its employees or agents
No bottles, cans or gum to be brought into the venue – any found will be confiscated
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited at School Disco
No unauthorised trading is permitted within the venue or queues outside
No refunds will be given if the event is running but the venue has changed from the originally advertised location
WARNING – Please note that you will be exposed to loud music at School Disco. Please also be aware that strobe lighting may be used during the event
Strictly no refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances
All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law

PLEASE NOTE THE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL IN PUBLIC PLACES IS PROHIBITED IN London . ANY CUSTOMER FOUND BREAKING THIS RULE WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM SCHOOL DISCO AND THEIR DETAILS MAY BE FORWARDED TO THE POLICE

SchoolDisco.com respects your privacy. Below is an outline of what information this site gathers and how it is used.

Whenever you request a page, your IP address, browser and version, operating system and the site you came from are stored in a log file. This information cannot be used to identify a specific individual. This information is only used for statistical purposes to help improve this site and provide accurate statistics to advertisers in the form of aggregated data.
The email addresses submitted from any forms within the site are not sold, or disclosed to a third party. On occasion, School Disco may send an email to your submitted address informing you about special events, news, or promotions.
When a survey appears on the SchoolDisco.com site, information is collected, compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis. SchoolDisco.com may share this aggregated data with advertisers or business partners.
The SchoolDisco.com site may use online polls. By voting you are not disclosing any information other than the answer to the question the poll asks. A vote cannot be traced to a specific individual, and hence your identity remains anonymous. This information may be used to provide advertisers with demographic information.

About The Service
The SchoolDisco.com™ Dating service (the “Service”) is a way for adults to meet each other online. SchoolDisco.com/Dating is provided by SchoolDisco.com Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, whose company number is 4112166 and whose registered office is at Studio Eleven, 27A Pembridge Villas, London, W11 3EP (“SchoolDisco.com”).

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering for the Service, you become a member of the Service (a “Member”), and you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”), which will form a legally binding agreement between you and SchoolDisco.com, for as long as you continue to be a Member. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not register for the Service.

The Terms are may be amended by SchoolDisco.com at any time, and such amendment will become effective when the amended Terms are made available by SchoolDisco.com on this website.

Minimum Age
No person who is under 18 years old may become a Member. When you register, and from time to time thereafter, SchoolDisco.com may require you to provide sufficient information to indicate that you are at least 18 years old. By becoming a Member, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old to use this website. Some club event may have an age restrictions to be over 21, please check event details.

Termination
Either you or SchoolDisco.com may terminate your membership of the Service at any time, for any reason, by notifying the other party in writing (which can include notification by email). In addition, SchoolDisco.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you.

Sole Membership
Your membership of the Service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorise others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

Online Conduct
As a Member, you agree that you are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display on the Service (“Post”), or transmit to other Members.

You agree not to Post on the Service, or transmit to other Members, any defamatory, insulting, abusive, obscene, sexually explicit, threatening, harassing, racially or religiously offensive, sexist, homophobic or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another Member’s rights, or any other person’s rights (including, but not limited to, trade marks, copyright and other intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).

You agree not to Post or otherwise disclose on the Service any material which is the confidential information of another person, or any personal details (including, but not limited to, telephone numbers or email addresses) of any other person (whether or not they are a Member).

You agree not to Post any material under the name or other identifier of any other Member, or to otherwise impersonate any other person.

You may not Post or otherwise transmit any viruses, “Trojan Horses” or other potentially harmful or destructive files.

You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. You will not include in your profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs, e-mail addresses, offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, and you will not Post any photos containing nudity or which could be considered offensive. SchoolDisco.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with these prohibitions.

You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other Members.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members. SchoolDisco.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.

Data Protection
When you register for the Service, you are required to provide us with certain personal information, including your full name, postal address, credit card details and email address. We will use this information in order to process your registration as a Member, to collect payment of the subscription fee for the Service, and to maintain your membership of the Service. By registering for the Service, you agree that we may use your personal data for these purposes. We will also use the contact details you have given us to keep you informed about new events and services that we think you will be interested in, and we may share your information with certain carefully-selected third parties who can offer you other products and promotions, unless you indicate when registering that you do not wish us to do so. We will not disclose your personal information to anyone other than as set out in these Terms.

Indemnity by Member
You will fully and effectually indemnify and hold harmless SchoolDisco.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents and subcontractors, against any claims, losses, costs, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the Service, including any breach by you of the Terms of this Agreement, or arising out of any infringement by you of the intellectual property rights of any third party.

This clause shall survive termination of this Agreement for any reason.

Online Content
Any information or content made available through the Service is the responsibility of its author and not of SchoolDisco.com. SchoolDisco.com does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service and neither adopts nor endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement made. Under no circumstances will SchoolDisco.com be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's reliance on information or other content Posted on the Service, or transmitted to Members. This clause shall survive termination of this Agreement for any reason.

SchoolDisco.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the materials Posted in the public areas of the Service. SchoolDisco.com shall have the right to remove any material, without notice, at its sole discretion. Notwithstanding this right of SchoolDisco.com, you remain solely responsible for the content of the materials you Post in the public areas of the Service and your private email messages.

Please think carefully before disclosing information about yourself on the Service. SchoolDisco.com cannot take any responsibility for the material you Post on the Service or transmit to other Members, or for the consequences of any such material being made available by you.

Intellectual Property Rights
SchoolDisco.com™ is a registered trade mark of SchoolDisco.com Limited. SchoolDisco.com (or its licensors) owns the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Service, with the exception of the material Posted by Members. The Service and the material contained in it is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to republish or adapt any of the material made available on the Service without the permission of the copyright owner, or to make any copies of such material other than those which are necessary in order for you to be able to use the Service.

By Posting material on the Service, you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to SchoolDisco.com to copy, adapt and republish that material.

Warranties
SchoolDisco.com. provides the Service on an “as is” basis and does not offer any warranties of any kind, express, implied (including, but not limited to, warranties as to satisfactory quality, fitness for any purpose, or as to the use of reasonable skill and care) or otherwise.

SchoolDisco.com does not warrant that your use of the Service will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, or error-free, or will meet your requirements, or that any defects in the Service will be corrected. SchoolDisco.com does not accept any responsibility for or in relation to the telecommunications link between your equipment and the equipment used to provide the Service.

This clause shall survive termination of this Agreement for any reason.

Limitation of Liability
SchoolDisco.com’s liability to you for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of your use of the Service, whether direct, indirect or consequential, shall be limited to the amount paid by you in subscription fees for the Service. SchoolDisco.com hereby excludes all other liability in connection with this Agreement or the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence and breach of statutory duty) or otherwise, and whether direct, indirect or consequential, provided that nothing in these Terms shall be taken to exclude any liability which cannot be excluded by law. This clause shall survive termination of this Agreement for any reason.

General
This Agreement is governed by English law, and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between you and SchoolDisco.com regarding the use of the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Once a ticket for an event has been purchased we can not give refunds nor exchanges.
